Ferrari Los Angeles is pleased to present the availability of this beautiful two-owner 1999 Ferrari 355 Spider, #82 of approximately 100 limited edition Serie Fiorano models produced for the US market. The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels via an electro-hydraulically operated six-speed F1 gearbox. An engine-out timing belt service was performed in October of 2021. For the 1999 model year, Ferrari introduced a limited production of F355 Spider models designated, Serie Fiorano. Launched in March of 1999, this designation included several enhancements increasing the track performance, the result manifesting in a vehicle much closer to the Challenge versions. Specifically, a competizione-derived Fiorano suspension pack consisting of stiffer springs and a thicker anti-roll bar, drilled and ventilated brake discs, competition brake pads, and a competizione-sourced steering rack. Aesthetically, the Serie Fiorano introduced challenge rear grilles and enameled Scuderia Ferrari shields, in addition to carbon-fiber inserts such as the center console, door sills, and paddle-shifters, as well as a suede-covered steering wheel.
